| "ALWAYS" AND "NEVER" are words that I do not use lightly. With that said, you can rest assured that I will "ALWAYS" remember that I am helping my clients make some of the most important decisions of their lives. I will "NEVER" consider my commission or financial gain above my client's best interest. I will "ALWAYS" provide the same level of service regardless of the size of the transaction. I will "NEVER" promise you that I will sell your house or find you the perfect house to purchase. | HOW and WHY |
| How do I accomplish the "ALWAYS" and "NEVER"? I have a tireless work ethic and am willing to service my clients when they need me. I am a full-time Realtor and I also employ a full-time assistant. So, on the rare occasions that I am not available, my assistant Jennifer Wheeler usually is. I can usually be reached by cell phone anytime and, if I am not available, I take pride in the fact that your call will be returned ASAP. Why do I approach my job this way? I realize that there are many people who get up everyday with an extreme dislike for their jobs (I used to have one of those myself). Now, I am one of the lucky ones. I look forward to going to work every single day and experiencing the exhilaration that being a real estate professional provides me. |
| Personal Background |
| I grew up in the Castle Rock area. I lived in the North County for 30 years and have worked in the Longview area for 35 years. Therefore, my knowledge of our area and the market conditions is something you can rely on. I went back to college at 44 and earned my business certificate and real estate license. I have been fortunate to have closed nearly 200 transactions in my first three years as an agent. I personally feel that starting a real estate career later in life is an advantage and not a deterrent; after all, with age comes knowledge. I also host the only real estate radio show in our area which helps me stay up-to-date on all the latest issues through the various guests that are on the show. A special benefit of the show is that I am able to advertise my listings on the air! |
